Fall Follow-up—Spring Planning

During our Fall Directors’ Institute in Raleigh in October, Lennox  McLendon introduced us to a number of tools that we might use to improve the quality of our services.

We will follow up and share reactions at the April meeting.  We plan to give you a chance to talk about reactions from your staff, successes you have had, assistance you need, and any other topic to help you.

This quick survey is a check to 1) see how you are doing, and 2) help us plan the April Institute.
