The documentation listed below are the reporting instructions and common report codes for standard reports sent by the community colleges to the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) Office. Where noted, the publications are in portable document format (*.pdf) and can be accessed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (TM). The Adobe Acrobat Reader software is distributed cost free by Adobe and can be downloaded from their Web site.
Standard reporting codes used by more than one of the reports are listed at the bottom of this document.

Common Report Codes
This section lists standard report codes used by more than one report. These codes are listed here for ease of reference.
These are the class location codes used by the community colleges to report where the FTE is earned. These codes will be used to analyze campus utilization. Questions regarding the Captive/Co-opted Class Location Codes should be directed to Tracy McPherson, Program Services. Questions about the other location codes should be directed to Dorrine Fokes, Assistant Manager, Administrative Services.
